We Promise Outrageously Positive Service! What does that Mean to our Customers?

You may have noticed one of the things we say about ourselves is that we offer Outrageously Positive Service…You may be wondering exactly what that means, so here is what we’d like you to know about our Customer Service Policies.

First and foremost it means we strive to be good listeners.

We strive to listen to you and educate you about our products and procedures. That way you’ll be able to make wise product choices and know what to expect from our staff.

We arrive or meet when we said we would, work a full day and day and are attentive to your job until it is complete! We strive to minimize the disruption of doing a kitchen or bath remodel.

We treat your home with the same respect with which we’d treat our own home~ We clean up after ourselves and try to minimize the spread of dust and installation debris and dirt. Remember however that remodel is dusty and messy at best!

We pay attention to detail.

We ask if you are satisfied as we are finishing up, so that if we’ve overlooked anything you have a chance to address it, and we can make it right.

We don’t make excuses when we forget an appointment or arrive late, or things don’t work out as planned~ you will receive our heartfelt apology.

We see problems as Challenges with a solution yet to be discovered…we will listen to you and work together to come to solutions that are Win~Win. Especially in the case of remodel, there are surprises that will arise!  Be assured that we are on your team, and it is important to us that the job look fantastic when we finish!

When your product installation is complete we will educate you about how to care for your new cabinets, counter, flooring and sink. It is important to us that you know how to keep your investment looking great for years to come.

We do NOT have a written guarantee…we feel guarantees are written with loop holes to insure that the guaranteer is always protected. This results in a meaningless “promise” that is not customer friendly. We ask that if you have a problem with any of your products that you contact us so that we can work out a solution that seems fair to both ourselves and our customers.
